Within 14 days of receipt, any unopened product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us within 14 days that you want to return the product in the original condition.

If you’re returning an item because it was delivered faulty or damaged to you, we will refund the full cost of the item and any delivery charges as soon as possible after you making us aware of the issue.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We hand check every pack before it leaves our warehouse to ensure you receive goods in perfect condition. If however, goods do arrive damaged we are happy to provide a free of charge replacement or offer you a full refund, including reimbursement of any delivery charges. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, you have the right to cancel your order when you buy online from us at any time, up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your delivery. Proof of purchase will be required and all products must be unused and undamaged.

If you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. If you will be posting the item back to us please email us at enquiries@imperiumorganicswith your name, your order number and details of the product to be returned. How long does a refund take?
Once received we will refund you the full cost of the item back to the card used for payment and the refund will show in your bank account within 14 days. You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been processed.
