Order Status
All customers will receive a confirmation email of purchase. Once item(s) have been dispatched, you will be sent a separate email which will include confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to keep track of your order and provide an estimated date for delivery. You can also check the status of your order by logging back into your Imperium Organics account online.
To Consumers
We only accept orders from addresses in the UK. Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses i.e. England, Wales, The Isle of Wight and mainland Scotland – i.e. zones A and B shown in the map below.
Delivery is free on all orders over £30.

For orders less than £30 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95. We will endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible but please allow 3-5 business working days from the time of placing your order for your items to be dispatched. Order your items by 3pm to receive your items in the advertised lead time.

For shipping to other locations please get in touch with our Customer Services Team at and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please note there will be a delivery charge for this service and the rate will be dependent on your location.
Trade Customers
Delivery fees and lead times will very much depend on the size of the order and your delivery address. If you are interested in stocking Imperium Organics, please complete our Retailer Enquiry Form and a member of our team will be in touch.
Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If however you wish to return your items and require a refund, please get in touch with us at within 30 days of your purchase, with your full name, order number and details of the item you would like to return.
Item(s) no longer required
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, you have 14 days after the day you receive your delivery to change your mind and request a refund. If, for example, you receive your order on a Monday, you’ll have 14 days from the Tuesday to contact our Customer Services Team at and request a refund. Proof of purchase will be required and all products must be unused and undamaged. In the email to us, you will need to provide your name, order number, and details about the product you want to return.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. For information regarding the return of products please see below.

Once we have received the product back from you, we will refund you the full cost of the item back to the card used for payment. We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been processed.

If you change your mind and cancel your order before the goods are dispatched, we will process your refund back to the card used for payment as soon as possible and within 14 days of you cancelling your order.
Faulty goods
If there is a “fault” with the product within 30 days of receiving your items, we will provide a full refund or exchange, together with any delivery charges. If there is an issue with the product after 30 days of receiving your item, we will replace the goods in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
