Imperium Organics is 100% biodegradable, 100% organic, 100% vegan certified, 100% plant based, GMO free, free from additives and microplastics, sustainably produced. We try our best to source products that are recyclable and biodegradable. Our 1 Litre delivery boxes are 100% recyclable. The 3 Litre, 5 Litre and 10 Litre delivery boxes are not made from recycled material, however they can be recycled. These boxes have staples in, to provide strength for the larger and heavier packs in transit and must be removed before recycling. The tape we use is eco-tape and is 100% recyclable and vegan certified. The loose fill is a natural packaging material which is 100% biodegradable and fully compostable. We are continuinly searching for sustainable and recycled material to use in our packaging.

Although the pack is currently not made from recycled plastic this is one area we are doing a lot of research into so that we can deliver to you a quality product in a fully sustainable and recyclable pack. The pack we are currently using is made from HDPE 2 plastic – you can recycle it but it depends on your local authority – so please check.
